Delivery

How long will my order take?
3–6 business days in total — 1–2 business days for us to pick and pack, then 2–4 business days with Royal Mail.

What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email when it's dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking to update.

Returns

How long do I have to return something?
14 days from delivery to tell us, and another 14 days to send it back.

Who pays the return postage?
We do. A prepaid return label is already in your parcel.

Is there a restocking fee?
No.

Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. Tell us what you'd prefer and we'll settle any price difference either way.

When will I get my money back?
Within 5 business days of your return reaching us.

Choosing a pot

What size pot do I need?
As a rule, go 1–2 cm wider in diameter than the current root ball for a small plant, and 2–4 cm wider for a large one. Too much extra soil holds water around the roots for longer than the plant would like. Every product page lists height × width × depth in centimetres.

Do the pots have drainage holes?
It varies by design, so we state it on each product page. Several of our ceramic planters have a drainage hole with a removable stopper — plug in for indoors, plug out for outdoors.

Which pots can stay outside over winter?
Look for “frost proof” on the product page. The hand-coiled Affiti clay pots are frost proof and drilled for drainage. Zinc and iron planters are made for outdoor use and will keep weathering — that patina is the intended finish, not a fault.

Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Several ranges use a reactive glaze, which breaks differently in the kiln on every piece. Hand-etched and hand-coiled items vary too. That variation is the point of buying them.

Can I cancel?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before dispatch.

Do prices include VAT?
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
